Some of Woodbury's past as related by those who lived it.

Oral reminiscences have played an important part in recording local history, and from 2003-2005 Sally Elliott and Roger Stokes interviewed a number of older Woodbury residents, and persuaded them to reveal how life was when they were young, and how life has changed since then. The original audiotapes have now been digitised and are made available here, so that they can be listened to at home rather than being hidden away in the archive room. They are unedited, and not necessarily up to BBC standard, but give a good insight into times gone by through the best part of the last 100 years. The changes of course have been enormous! The running times are quite long, and shown on each recording. The output is better using decent speakers!
